By accessing or using aiwrallex's platform, APIs, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
aiwrallex provides global payment infrastructure, APIs, and financial tooling designed for businesses and developers. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice. Features and availability may vary by jurisdiction.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] of any unauthorized use.
All fees are stated in USD unless otherwise specified and are due in accordance with your selected plan or agreement. aiwrallex uses industry-standard encryption and complies with PCI-DSS requirements for payment processing. Fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our refund policy.
All content, APIs, documentation, trademarks, and software provided by aiwrallex are the exclusive property of aiwrallex and its licensors, protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our services solely for your internal business purposes. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or distribute any part of our platform without prior written consent.
You agree not to use aiwrallex's services for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, financing of terrorism, or violating sanctions regulations. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, interfere with service integrity, or resell access without authorization. Violations may result in immediate account termination and legal action.
Your use of aiwrallex is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We process personal and financial data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR where applicable. By using the service, you consent to such processing as described in our Privacy Policy.
aiwrallex's services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free or that defects will be corrected. Use of the service is at your sole risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, aiwrallex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the services. Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the greater of $100 USD or the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate these Terms at any time with written notice. aiwrallex may suspend or terminate your access immediately for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, or activity that poses a risk to the platform or its users. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you cease and you must stop using the services.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the JAMS rules, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
aiwrallex may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice on our platform at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of the services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
